Serve as a subject matter expert on our professional services and lead the development of content to meet demand. Provide industry-level messaging and positioning to clearly articulate value and differentiation for both internal and external customers. Create collaterals for trade shows and various other events, selling business services by visiting these events. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Plan and execute all aspects of events, including managing booths at trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional events. Manage all functions of content generation from start to finish and communicate regularly with internal team members to ensure the creation of engaging ad campaigns and that deadlines are met routinely. Design a go-to-market strategy for selling business services to the Associations market. Develop a deep knowledge of our target market and be responsible for positioning and value proposition development. Create advertising content to aid in the success of email campaigns. Collect feedback from sales and service teams to inform product positioning and innovation. Work closely with the Sales team and Digital Marketing Manager under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required. Collaborate and manage marketing support with remote teams based in India. Required experience with associations and/or nonprofits. This role requires regular travel to various locations. Experience with using marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, SEMRush, and HootSuite. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English or a related field. Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills, with superb attention to detail. Strong personal organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines. Experience researching and promoting products and services via various ad platforms, search engines, social media, website content, and blogs. Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various levels of stakeholders.
