Must Have:
  • 10+ years of IT experience working in the US for US companies.
  • 8+ years of experience as a UX /UI Engineer.
  • 6+ years experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and SASS.
  • 6+ hands on experience with React and MUI.
  • Extensive experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
The Job:
  • PepsiCo is seeking User Experience / User Interface engineers to do UI/UX + Front-End Developing. The consultants will join our project team and be instrumental in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications that meet our business objectives and provide exceptional user experience.
  • They will also design an 'Advanced Analytic Visualization Systems' that will monitor applications behavior in real-time. This focuses on user-centered design to deliver insightful, intuitive dashboards and trust scoring models that enhance visibility, trust, and usability across platforms.
  • The consultants will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, working closely with product owners, business analyst, solution architect, and back-end developers.
SKILLS NEEDED:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing business web applications.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe XD, and Figma UX/UI designing and prototyping tools.
  • 6+ years of experience converting UI/UX designs into front-end components.
  • 6+ years experience with JavaScript and Typescript.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • A portfolio of past projects demonstrating your UI/UX and front-end work is required for consideration.
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest front-end and UX design trends and technologies.
  • .NET Web API's (a plus).
