Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Grant Writer for federal agencies like NSF, DOE, USDA. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and preparing application materials. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to align proposals with project objectives and ensuring timely submission of all required documents. The Grant Writer will play a key role in securing funding crucial for advancing AmHyTech’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Grant Writing, Proposal Writing, and crafting persuasive application narratives
- Strong Research skills, including identifying and analyzing suitable funding opportunities
- Editing and Proofreading skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in submissions
- Understanding of technical or energy-related topics to effectively align content with industry standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Master or Ph.D.’s degree or higher in STEAM (preferably chemistry), Communications, English or a related field
- Familiarity with ammonia and hydrogen industry trends or prior experience in a similar sector is a plus
