# Senior Graphic DesignerThis role forms part of the Marketing team within the Village n Life hospitality group.**The Role**As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the creative direction and execution of design across Village n Life’s diverse portfolio of hotels, retreats, spas, restaurants and lifestyle brands. You’ll manage and mentor a team of designers while ensuring consistent application of brand identities across all visual platforms. This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting campaigns and collateral that shape the guest experience and strengthen our brands.**Key Responsibilities**– Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and quality control – Manage the design and application of brand identities across all platforms – Create and adapt marketing collateral including brochures, menus, signage, merchandise and digital assets – Deliver artwork for social media, websites, emailers and paid media campaigns – Support seasonal, product and event campaigns with cohesive design solutions – Develop guest-facing collateral for hospitality, wellness and lifestyle assets – Ensure artwork is proofed, production-ready and aligned with brand standards – Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and content teams on projects – Maintain a structured archive of design assets and templates**What We’re Looking For**– Grade 12 or equivalent – Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar – 3–5 years’ experience in a senior design role with team leadership responsibilities – Proven expertise in brand development and corporate identity systems – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – Experience across print, packaging, digital and environmental design – Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines – Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Hospitality, tourism or lifestyle industry experience advantageous – Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle**What We Offer**– Career growth within a dynamic hospitality group – Opportunity to lead a creative team and influence multiple brands – Exposure to diverse projects across hospitality, wellness and lifestyle sectors – Competitive package aligned with experience**Job Categories:****Job Types:****Experience Levels:****Job Locations:**## Apply for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
