Project Architect

Studio 3 Architecture is looking for talented individuals to join our Portland or Salem office. Ideally, applicants would have somewhere between 3-10 years of experience in an architectural office with licensure not being a requirement. Multi-family experience is a plus but also not a requirement.

Studio 3 Architecture is a 25-year-old firm with a rather varied portfolio including mixed-use and multi-family housing, single-family housing, office, retail, as well as public sector facilities. Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be working alongside project architects to design and produce architectural documentation through all phases of projects.
• You will participate in client, contractor and city meetings and will be visiting construction sites for observation.
• You will review contractor submittals and RFIs and will be coordinating the work of other project relevant engineering and consultant disciplines.
• You will specify interior and exterior materials and consider building and accessibility codes.
• Studio 3 uses Revit, Twinmotion, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SpecLink-E and occasionally AutoCAD to generate documentation.
