We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Video Production Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating high-quality visual content, knows their way around a camera, and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You’ll be hands‑on with filming, editing, and managing content across multiple platforms — helping us tell stories that connect with our audience and represent our brand at its best.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, film, and edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts with consistent posting and engagement
• Capture and produce content that aligns with current trends and brand voice
• Use CapCut (or similar software) to create polished, high‑performing edits
• Research trends, audience behavior, and engagement patterns to guide creative direction
• Track analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance over time
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and creative concepts

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with video production — including filming, lighting, and editing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
• Proficiency in CapCut or other short‑form editing tools
• Detail‑oriented and organized — from framing a shot to perfecting a caption
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
