Social Media & Video Production Specialist

Were looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Video Production Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating high-quality visual content, knows their way around a camera, and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

Youll be hands?on with filming, editing, and managing content across multiple platforms helping us tell stories that connect with our audience and represent our brand at its best.

What Youll Do

• Plan, film, and edit short?form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts with consistent posting and engagement
• Capture and produce content that aligns with current trends and brand voice
• Use CapCut (or similar software) to create polished, high?performing edits
• Research trends, audience behavior, and engagement patterns to guide creative direction
• Track analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance over time
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and creative concepts

What Were Looking For

• Hands?on experience with video production including filming, lighting, and editing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
• Proficiency in CapCut or other short?form editing tools
• Detail?oriented and organized from framing a shot to perfecting a caption
