Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We’re working with a high-growth brand looking to hire a

hands‑on, performance‑driven Marketing Director

to lead all aspects of brand, growth, and customer engagement.

This is a critical leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who understands what it takes to

scale a DTC business

blending storytelling, acquisition, and creative execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You’ll be responsible for owning the full marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. From Meta ads to product launches, PR to partnerships, you’ll have a seat at the table and the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up in the world.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of DTC fluency, creative instinct, and a results‑first mindset - someone who thrives in urgency, knows how to optimize CAC/LTV, and

isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all marketing functions across brand, performance, content, and communications balancing long‑term vision with short‑term results

Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate, and influencer, managing external agency performance and budget

Guide messaging, content, and campaign development with internal creative, design, and product teams

Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing marketing team, setting goals and driving accountability

Drive product launches, go‑to‑market strategy, and merchandising priorities in collaboration with operations and product teams

Lead PR and partnership initiatives to drive earned media and brand awareness

Analyze marketing performance, ROI, and customer behavior to refine acquisition and retention strategy

Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role at a high‑growth DTC brand or startup

Proven track record driving both brand awareness and performance marketing results

Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback windows, and key DTC levers

Comfortable managing agency relationships and holding external teams accountable

Creative, analytical, and able to balance data with instinct

Experience in wellness, fitness, or functional apparel a strong advantage

Highly organized, energetic, and thrives under pressure
