Vargas Face and Skin Center is a small privately owned facial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice that helps patients look and feel their best through personalized care and artistry. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dependable Marketing and Social Media Manager to take the lead on growing and maintaining our brand presence through social media, podcast production, and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Oversee all marketing activity including social media, podcast, and website management
Develop and manage a monthly content plan with creative ideas, filming schedules, and posting timelines for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms as trends evolve
Capture and edit engaging photo and video content that highlights our services, patient experience, and team culture
Work directly with Dr. Vargas to plan and create content that reflects her professional voice and vision
Collaborate with Dr. Vargas on social and marketing strategy, offering input and direction while maintaining accuracy, tone, and presentation
Research podcast topics, coordinate guests, prepare outlines or scripts, schedule recordings, and manage promotion for each episode
Communicate updates and progress regularly so the team stays aligned on goals, content, and timelines
Explore creative ways to grow brand awareness through collaborations, community partnerships, and events
Maintain a consistent elevated brand identity that reflects the quality of care our practice provides
Help at the front desk when needed, as we are a small close knit team that supports one another wherever help is needed
Qualifications
Organized and self motivated person who can take initiative and manage projects from start to finish
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with Dr. Vargas and the team
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when writing or posting content
Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content creation
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is preferred but not required
No set minimum experience, we value reliability, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership
