About MBAS Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery is a nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgery practice with offices in Columbus, Bluffton, and Maumee. Our team is dedicated to restoring confidence and celebrating the stories of strength behind every patient. Through our practice and MedSpa, we help people look and feel their best. What You’ll Do Social Media
Plan, create, and post engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
Produce a mix of staged and spontaneous content, styled photos, Reels, stories, team moments, and MedSpa highlights.
Write captions that feel genuine, positive, and on-brand for MBAS.
Keep up with trends, sounds, and creative styles to bring fresh energy to our feeds.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and monitor reviews and reputation platforms.
Track performance and share ideas for growth and engagement.
Marketing Support
Assist the marketing team with projects, events, and campaigns.
Help design digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Organize photos, videos, and digital assets for easy use in campaigns.Support vendor coordination, event setup, and occasional on‑site content capture.
Provide light administrative support for marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Who You Are
Creative, energetic, and naturally in tune with social media culture.
Comfortable creating both authentic, in‑the‑moment content and planned, staged shoots.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools (bonus points for an eye for layout and color).
Confident behind a camera (or in front of it!) and familiar with short‑form video and Reels.
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn the behind‑the‑scenes of marketing.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, or video editing apps a plus.
Whether you’re a student, influencer, or creative self‑starter, we care more about your ideas, abilities and enthusiasm than your résumé.
Part‑time
