Drive brand awareness and revenue growth by owning both marketing execution and outbound lead generation. You will build and manage high‑impact campaigns, elevate our social media presence and deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. This is a hands‑on role that blends creative marketing with measurable growth outcomes.
Branding & Content
Lead social media strategy and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence
Develop compelling marketing content — copywriting, visual direction, and asset creation
Maintain consistent and professional brand messaging across all channels
Build and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities
Support Sales and Product teams with relevant collateral and storytelling
Strengthen employer branding and audience engagement
Define ICPs and build targeted prospect lists using Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Launch multi‑step outbound campaigns using Smartlead, Reply.io, and Amplemarket
Write, test, and iterate on messaging — run A/B tests to improve reply and meeting rates
Monitor and optimize performance daily
Report weekly on funnel metrics and pipeline progress
Maintain outreach infrastructure in partnership with tech team:
Domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, tracking, CRM/ATS sync
Collaborate with Sales and Product on positioning, offers, and objections
Deliver results with high autonomy and accountability
Requirements
Proven experience owning outbound lead generation with SQL/meeting targets
Strong B2B marketing experience in a growth‑oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and social brand presence
Hands‑on expertise with outbound automation tools and analytics platforms
Excellent copywriting skills across marketing and outbound messaging
Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and improve results
Understanding of compliance and brand governance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Available to work US hours
