We offer a range of unique items, catering to both direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales through our website and retail store, as well as wholesale and corporate clients.
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator supports the sales and marketing engines at Rec League. This person will play a major role in driving growth by ensuring outbound outreach, CRM, lead management, campaign performance, and buyer funnel run smoothly and systematically.
This role has
significant growth potential . As Rec League scales, this person will help
build a sales support team , manage part-time staff or interns, and oversee the systems and processes that drive outbound performance.
This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, systems, and outreach — and is interested in growing into a leadership position overseeing a team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the CRM and maintain pipeline accuracy, tagging, and lifecycle stages.
Build and refine ICPs (universities, pro shops, corporate, events, licensing partners, etc.).
Research, organize, and build lead lists using Seamless and other enrichment tools.
Create structured outbound workflows and campaigns across multiple domains/inboxes.
Write and A/B test outreach copy (emails, sequences, follow-ups, LinkedIn scripts).
Monitor campaign performance: open rate, click-through, reply rate, and meeting conversion.
Qualify inbound/outbound replies and schedule meetings on behalf of the Head of Business Operations.
Maintain dashboards and provide weekly reporting on outreach performance and pipeline.
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with design/creative teams to create marketing assets (emails, landing pages, and sales collateral) with brand-aligned messaging across campaigns.
Manage performance tracking on dark posts, paid ads, and inbound campaigns.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve message resonance across ICPs.
Team-Building & Management
Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training part-time SDRs, interns, or offshore outreach support.
Managing task lists for part-time staff to build and verify lead lists, monitor domain warmup, and increase outbound volume.
Establishing SOPs and workflows for list building, campaign deployment, and daily sales activities.
Creating quality standards around list accuracy, segmentation, and messaging personalization.
Running weekly team check-ins to review outbound metrics and troubleshoot performance issues.
Taking ownership of the Outreach Engine with a goal of maximizing meetings booked and pipeline created.
Process & Systems Management
Build and refine project templates, checklists, and workflows for consistency and scalability.
Maintain accurate records in Google Drive, Sheets, and project management tools.
Help improve systems that enhance visibility, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.
