Skin Care Marketing Consultant (Digital & Product Marketing)
Location: Chandler, AZ HQ

Overview We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial
Skin Care Marketing Consultant
to lead and optimize all aspects of our digital and product marketing efforts. This role is ideally suited for someone who is deeply passionate about skincare, energized by fast-paced environments, and knowledgeable about
science-backed, high-performance formulas . The ideal consultant brings both strategic perspective and hands‑on execution, supporting brand growth across D2C and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Agency Management
Oversee and optimize the full digital marketing ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Drive performance for D2C and Amazon through integrated digital strategies.
Oversee paid media planning, forecasting, and optimization across social, search, display, and emerging platforms.
Oversee SEO strategy, email/SMS marketing, CRM lifecycle strategy, and site conversion optimization.
Analyze performance metrics, MER, ROAS, CAC/LTV, and attribution to inform ongoing improvements and budget allocation.
Partner with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring clear KPIs, accountability, and best‑in‑class creative execution.
Product Marketing
Serve as the bridge between Founder/President and digital agency to ensure
science-backed formulas
are communicated clearly and compellingly.
Develop product positioning, benefits hierarchy, claims strategy, and consumer‑centric storytelling.
Create launch plans, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products.
Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring across skincare, clinical beauty, and wellness.
Brand & Content Strategy
Guide brand voice, messaging, and visual direction across all platforms to ensure consistency and authenticity.
Oversee content creation for social media, influencers, web, and email.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and experts aligned with the brand’s values and scientific credibility.
Ensure all claims and benefits are accurate, substantiated, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience in skincare, beauty, clinical beauty, or wellness.
Proven experience leading digital marketing and product marketing simultaneously.
Deep passion for skincare, ingredients, and efficacy-driven, science-backed formulations.
Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics (MER, CAC/LTV, ROAS).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Experience working with founders, brand owners.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on day‑to‑day.
