What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan Intelligence and UX, advising on effective implementation strategies
Lead technical enablement initiatives, including training programs and best‑practice libraries for internal teams and partners
Ensure that demos and implementation content reflect the latest capabilities and align with Anaplan’s delivery standards
Partner with solution architects to embed new UX and AI innovations into customer delivery frameworks
Support late‑stage sales opportunities as an expert in Anaplan’s intelligence and user experience portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
Deep understanding of Anaplan’s intelligence and UX products and the Microsoft 365 suite
Experience in leading enterprise software implementations involving AI and intelligent business‑user workflows
Practical knowledge of UX and AI intersection within the enterprise
Expertise in Anaplan modeling, data integration, workflow design, and user onboarding across web and mobile environments
Strong stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of how GenAI and predictive AI can drive planning agility and user productivity
Enthusiasm for innovation at the intersection of predictive, generative, and agentic AI
Experience scaling delivery through partners via standards and enablement content
Understanding of business‑user experience across planning scenarios, focusing on accessibility and simplicity
