Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to construction documentation and interior detailing.
Prepare FF&E documentation and specifications with accuracy and creativity.
Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and team members with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
Skills and Experience
5–10 years of professional interior design experience.
Strong proficiency in construction documentation and architectural specifications.
Skilled in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with building codes and accessibility standards.
NCIDQ certification preferred; experience across multiple project types is a plus.
