Senior Manager, Executive Search @ TalentOla | Strategic Sales & Leadership Hiring
Role Overview: The Client Partner will serve as the strategic leader responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, delivering business transformation through technology solutions, and positioning the company as a trusted digital innovation partner for clients across film, OTT, broadcasting, gaming, publishing, and digital content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Own and expand client relationships at the
C-suite and business leadership levels
across Media & Entertainment accounts.
Drive
revenue growth, P&L management , and client satisfaction for assigned accounts.
Identify new opportunities and lead proactive pursuits across
digital transformation, cloud, data, AI/ML, media supply chain, OTT platforms, and content monetization .
Partner with internal teams (delivery, solutions, practices) to ensure exceptional client delivery and measurable business outcomes.
Develop
account plans and growth strategies , aligned with client priorities and industry trends.
Lead proposal development, negotiations, and closure of large strategic deals.
Collaborate with
domain experts and service lines
to position cross-industry capabilities in areas such as
AI-driven content management, digital advertising, metaverse, and immersive experiences .
Serve as a
trusted advisor , providing insights on emerging industry trends, technology adoption, and digital strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
12–20 years of total experience, with
7+ years managing large Media & Entertainment clients .
Proven track record of
consultative sales and account growth
in IT services or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of
media workflows , including content production, distribution, and monetization.
Experience engaging with executives from major studios, OTT platforms, broadcasters, or gaming companies.
Deep understanding of key industry platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS Media Services, Adobe, Salesforce Media Cloud, Azure Media Services, Snowflake).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to
lead multi-disciplinary teams
and navigate complex client organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Prior experience working with clients such as Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Netflix, NBCU, Paramount, Sony, or major media tech platforms.
Exposure to global delivery models and large-scale transformation engagements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue growth and margin improvement for assigned accounts.
Client satisfaction and retention metrics (CSAT/NPS).
New pipeline generation and deal closures.
Expansion of portfolio across digital, data, and cloud services.
