Sasaki – Marketing Proposal Coordinator (Denver) Sasaki is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Denver office. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on the civic and commercial sector and work closely with the Civic/Commercial Manager and coordinator team to help bring in new work. As a marketing coordinator at Sasaki, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of high-quality marketing materials for different work streams including but not limited to proposals, qualifications documents, interview materials, and other marketing collateral. You will also support the firm's business development activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

This is not an SEO, SEM, social media, digital marketing, or product marketing role.

Leading the pursuit process: holding a kickoff meeting with the team, developing the proposal (including writing/proofreading, layout, and graphic design), and coordinating with the external consultant team

Maintaining a library of marketing materials, including team resumes and project profiles

Assisting the Marketing Manager with preparation for pursuit interviews

Managing project and client data in our CRM database

Assisting with assorted marketing tasks such as research initiatives on potential clients, competitors, and market trends, and conference preparation event planning, as needed.

Qualifications

1-4 years of experience working for an AEC firm. Ideally, you'll have specific experience working on proposals, including managing multiple deadlines.

Demonstrated expertise in communicating the strengths of a company with a large and complex portfolio of work, especially through the RFP/RFQ process.

Comfortable talking with people. This role will involve working and strategizing with senior firm leaders, leading kickoff meetings, and communicating with external partners.

Organized and detail-oriented. Requires proofreading, managing deadlines, and adhering to RFP/RFQ requirements. Must have an organization system that works for you.

Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign. Also use Photoshop and Illustrator occasionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Desired Skills & Attributes

Passion for the design industry and urbanism. Become a subject matter expert quickly and deepen industry knowledge over time.

Experience using a CRM program or managing a database.

OpenAsset and Deltek VantagePoint experience.

Ability to work as part of a larger team, jumping in where needed.

Proven experience working independently seeking out answers to complex problems.

HDR – Marketing Coordinator In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials; monitor client and industry websites; file proposal and presentation materials; support management of client relationship management and financial systems; maintain accurate project and resume data; arrange professional photography; support strategic planning; and many other responsibilities.

Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status

Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal

Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards

Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems

Arrange for professional photography on projects

Support development of annual and long-term strategic plans within established company direction and goals, including creating growth initiatives and prioritizing strategic investments

Support implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined in annual and long-term strategic plans

Support development and implement of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assigned

Support solicitation of formal client feedback

Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority

Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and showcase our thought leaders

Support the development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadership

Implement social media campaigns

Support implementation of strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations

Support creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts

Support fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits, as needed

Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)

Support planning of large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)

Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)

Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruiting

Preferred Qualifications

Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person

Required Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign

North American Rail Solutions – Marketing Coordinator The North American Rail Solutions company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows and social media. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content creation, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Major Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, trade shows, and sponsorships within the US and in collaboration with our Canadian Team

Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking in HubSpot

Requirements

Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience Required

2+ years of experience in marketing for a B2B company

Skills & Knowledge Required

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and Canva

Strong copy writing, organizational, and project management skills

Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Tools or CRM Experience is a plus

Prior experience in event coordination or content marketing
