$170,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr EBAS is partnering with a fast-growing, VC‑backed AI platform (fresh $40M Series B led by a top‑tier firm) to hire a Head of Growth Marketing. The company 7×’d this year and is gearing up for another big leap. You’ll own the growth engine end‑to‑end—design the strategy, run the plays, and turn insights into pipeline at scale. Compensation is $170k–$210k base plus meaningful equity, with a hybrid schedule in San Francisco or New York that includes weekly in‑office time. Why you will be excited about this role

Set the growth strategy and operating model to increase qualified opportunities via scalable, measurable channels. Run multi‑channel programs: paid performance, SEO/content, lifecycle/marketing ops, community/evangelism, and ABM. Build the analytics backbone: dashboards, experimentation, and attribution (e.g., Looker/HockeyStack/HubSpot). Own pipeline & budget: forecast, allocate, and report on impact; raise the bar on measurement and ROI. Partner across GTM: tight alignment with Sales, Product, and Exec team; translate field insight into roadmap. Hire and lead a small team as traction grows. What type of person will be successful

5+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company; Senior Growth Manager → Head/VP trajectory. Proven channel ownership and experimentation with clear, repeatable pipeline impact. Comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and making decisions from data. Strong writer/storyteller who can simplify complex tech for buyers and create crisp narratives. Familiar with ABM and has leveraged AI automations to improve efficiency/quality. Resourceful, scrappy, accountable; thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment. Seniority level
