Key Objectives & Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategy and marketing functions at Roadway Moving

Design and deliver on KPI’s across all marketing activities

Oversee the day-to-day marketing activities

Build a marketing team then drive through data-driven insights and results

Proactively impact inbound marketing efforts and generate leads

Define messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy targeting specific segments

Create and deliver visionary and compelling customer-facing presentations, collateral, and product demonstrations used during the sales process

Collaborate with operational team around major/minor service initiatives, launches, ensuring effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline

Partner with the sales team to distil key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages

Drive creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize our message

Execute projects to improve SEO, and web design to build pipeline

Define and own the yearly digital marketing strategy & goals and partner with all departments to execute the overall marketing plan

Manage internal team, external agencies and own the key digital growth initiatives

Manage and measure digital & social channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Social, Affiliates, Web, Email, etc.) and allocate budget for effective spend

Deliver KPI performance reporting (quarterly, yearly, ad-hoc) and understand how to optimize & how they impact other marketing channels

Conceptualize, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to meet/exceed set objectives

Prior Experience Required

10+ years of B2C/D2C marketing experience with amid to large size company

Must have lead-generation marketing experience

Expert in digital media, paid ads, and lead generation

This candidate is a "ahead of the curve" with technology, innovation, AI, and has experience with new and upcoming marketing trends

Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills

Ability to lead marketing, design, PR and communication teams to deliver on projects

Ability to craft compelling and succinct positioning, messaging, and differentiation

Strong cross-functional collaborator

Think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to details

Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude to get things done

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity

Understanding of CRO and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, etc.)

Familiarity with a variety of digital platforms (email, databases, automation platforms, API’s, Shopify (or other e-comm).

Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 (base, multiple competitive bonus structures).
