Exciting Contract Opportunity: UX Researcher – AI & LLM Tools
Are you passionate about shaping the future of
AI-driven user experiences ? We’re looking for a
UX Researcher (Contract)
to help design intuitive, impactful AI and LLM-based internal tools used by technical and scientific teams.
Location:
New York, NY (Onsite – Local W2 Candidates Only)
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UX research to guide AI and LLM-driven product strategy.
Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.
Translate user insights into actionable design and product recommendations.
Develop and maintain testing protocols and feedback systems for internal tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers and domain experts.
Present findings and advocate for user-centered design decisions.
Must-Have Skills:
3–5+ years of experience in UX research and usability testing.
Proven experience with
AI products, LLMs, or AI agents .
Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficiency with usability testing tools (e.g.,
UserTesting ,
Contentsquare ).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in
biotech, pharma, or other research-intensive domains .
Familiarity with
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
or similar AI frameworks.
Experience supporting or shipping internal software tools.
