We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager – MOSFET/Semiconductors to promote and support Vishay’s MOSFET/semiconductor portfolio across the Americas. The role serves as the technical extension of the division to customers and field sales, presenting material to all levels and using commercial acumen to promote Vishay’s value proposition. The manager develops a go‑to‑market strategy based on market demands, growth opportunities, regional practices, pricing, and customer roadmaps. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned region. Create a business plan that meets revenue goals for the territory, outlining sales strategies for focus/growth products. Track competitors and develop competitive analysis reports to identify growth opportunities. Participate in negotiations and provide feedback to capture new business and maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Planning, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure customer success while meeting revenue targets and division expectations. Develop, format, maintain, and organize content for sales and customer presentations. Serve as the first‑line contact for customer application and technical questions related to assigned products. Assess the competitive environment and execute plans to grow by understanding Vishay’s market position. Manage the sales budget for the region and create new design opportunities. Identify opportunities for assigned products based on customers’ applications/products. Target promotions to customers’ applications and technical requirements. Create and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for the region. Work with the Division to maintain competitive market pricing. Frequent travel to support new business opportunities, trade shows, and technology‑focused meetings. Qualifications
Technical knowledge of Vishay’s products, applications, and value propositions. Ability to identify and position cross‑selling opportunities within the Vishay portfolio. Business‑mindset with knowledge of regional business practices. Strong listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self‑driven with project management abilities and deadline discipline. Independently solves technical problems and can multitask to manage priorities. Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering, computer engineering, material science, industrial engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor sales, marketing, or business development in the electronics industry. Ability to travel frequently when required. Benefits
