Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience in corporate communications, with a minimum of 8 years' in senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive communications, media relations, crisis management, and employee communications, and will be adept at influencing at the highest levels. Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker who can act decisively in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing a variety of stakeholder issues with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
