Are you a seasoned communications professional ready to shape global narratives and elevate a company's brand reputation? Location: Onsite in North Canton, OH

Salary: $130-160K plus bonus

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to internal stakeholders and senior leaders.

Develop executive thought leadership plans and messaging, creating high-quality communication deliverables such as speeches, presentations, social media content, and corporate events.

Support financial communications, including annual reports, quarterly earnings, and investor events, in collaboration with Investor Relations.

Prepare communications for high-profile corporate initiatives like mergers and acquisitions.

Lead the media relations program, serving as the primary spokesperson, developing media plans, drafting news releases, responding to inquiries, and monitoring the media landscape.

Manage crisis communications and responses effectively.

Contribute to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, including developing annual CSR reports and related communications.

Oversee global community relations, charitable giving, and employee engagement initiatives.

Create compelling corporate content for brand awareness across multiple channels.

Provide global leadership to regional communicators, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in corporate communications.

Experience working with a global, publicly traded company preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Proven ability to develop strategic plans and deliver results with flawless execution.

Skilled in managing complex, strategic issues with sound judgment.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong leadership, managerial, and team-building skills.

Experience managing agency relationships and budgets.

Possesses executive presence.
