to join the team in one of our California locations— Pleasanton ,

San Diego , and

Irvine . Description: Reporting to the

Chief Marketing Officer , you will strategize, implement, and coordinate the firm’s digital presence, developing content and campaigns that promote our brand, elevate client engagement, attract top talent, distribute key messages, enhance thought leadership, and celebrate our work. The role requires a proactive, positive, and energetic attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously. You will lead efforts across social media, website, intranet, and related digital platforms, producing compelling digital content and executing online campaigns that align with DAHLIN’s business goals while collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams to strengthen communications both internally and externally. Standard days and hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is required to be onsite at least three days per week at one of our locations. What You Will Do

Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy development, editorial calendar, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting across SEO, social media, web, and email channels. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external partners to drive strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts. Design and create digital strategies, multimedia assets, and dynamic content. Establish, monitor, and report on metrics and KPIs to evaluate online performance. Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and a unified voice across all digital channels. Manage website updates, CMS operations, web strategy, optimizations, and future enhancements. Develop and execute social media strategy, including content creation and asset management. Plan and deliver engaging content for the DAHLIN intranet. Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Build relationships with key stakeholders and content contributors across the organization, serving as a trusted marketing resource. Assess business and audience needs to determine the most effective mix of media and communication channels. Leverage metrics and insights to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns. Coordinate with photographers and technical staff to capture projects that best tell DAHLIN’s story through imagery. Collaborate with the external PR team on media-related initiatives, including interviews and events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Contribute to thought leadership efforts by developing content and collateral for both internal and external use. Support the firm’s annual awards submission process by preparing relevant content and digital assets. What You Will Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows OS) and internet tools. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience managing social media channels, analytics, and reporting. Familiarity with website CMS platforms, web analytics, and digital asset management (DAM) systems such as OpenAsset. Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry. Demonstrated experience supporting multiple leaders in a creative or professional services environment. Membership in SMPS and CPSM certification preferred. Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions (visa sponsorship not offered). Benefits
