Internal Talent Acquisition Leader | Google Analytics Position Summary The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue growth for RTS. This role owns the marketing function end-to-end—including brand strategy, campaign architecture, content development, partner marketing, and sales enablement—and ensures marketing is tightly aligned to RTS’s growth priorities across cloud migration, ERP modernization, and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Marketing

Develop and oversee the integrated demand-generation strategy to accelerate pipeline creation and market penetration.

Lead optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring effective segmentation, nurturing workflows, and conversion performance.

Align closely with Sales leadership to refine lead management processes, forecast pipeline impact, and ensure high-quality lead flow.

Direct the creation of strategic sales enablement materials, including pursuit decks, competitive positioning, and value-based messaging for client engagements.

Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to align marketing programs with revenue goals, improving pursuit readiness and pipeline velocity.

Content Development & Brand Execution

Oversee the development of high-impact content across formats—blogs, case studies, white papers, videos, and thought leadership—to support brand authority and demand initiatives.

Ensure disciplined brand governance and consistent messaging across all channels and assets, reinforcing RTS’s value proposition in the IT services market.

Analytics, KPIs & Performance Measurement

Establish and manage the marketing KPI framework, providing regular reporting on channel effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign strategies to maximize performance.

Execute co-branded campaigns with technology partners such as SAP, AWS, and Azure.

Manage relationships with agencies and vendors for campaign execution and creative production.

Communications & Employer Branding

Direct RTS’s digital presence, including website strategy, social content, executive visibility, and external communications.

Partner with HR to advance internal communications, employer brand initiatives, and campaigns supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

8+ years of marketing experience in B2B professional services, IT consulting, or systems integration

Experience marketing SAP or cloud-based services strongly preferred

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM/automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)

Deep understanding of B2B demand generation and content marketing strategies

Proven success in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to create compelling executive‑level content and sales enablement assets

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
