Digital Marketing Specialist, Social & Paid Media (Animal Health Unit)
IntePros is partnered with a global pharmaceutical services client to identify a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social and paid media initiatives for the animal health unit of their business. This role supports a portfolio of global animal health brands—and combines storytelling, performance marketing, and content creation to engage veterinary professionals and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated social and paid media strategies that align with business goals.
Lead content creation—capturing and editing photo and video content at live events such as wet labs and trainings.
Produce authentic, compelling storytelling that resonates with veterinarians and animal health professionals.
Manage and grow brand audiences across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn through engaging, data‑driven campaigns.
Bridge the gap in paid performance marketing—optimizing campaigns for engagement, reach, and ROI.
Event Engagement
Attend and document live animal health events (some may include medical procedures or cadaver work).
Capture and curate high‑quality content that highlights the brand’s value to veterinarians and customers.
Travel occasionally for on‑site activations and content coverage.
Conduct audience research and apply psychological insights to craft meaningful, relatable campaigns.
Measure and report on key metrics including reach, engagement rates, and ROI across channels.
Translate campaign data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
4–6 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on social and paid media strategy, content creation, and campaign analytics.
Strong portfolio demonstrating growth of digital audiences and creative storytelling.
Proven ability to capture, edit, and publish photo/video content tailored for each platform.
Experience managing SEM/SEO, display, and retargeting campaigns a plus.
Background in the animal health or veterinary industry strongly preferred.
Comfortable around medical procedures and cadaver‑based content.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building both personal and commercial brands on social media.
Understanding of the animal health professional community, ideally with a veterinary background or empathy for veterinary audiences.
Ability to show up authentically—human, creative, and community‑driven.
