Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
Deployflow is eager to connect with new audiences and engage our existing base through compelling social media initiatives. We're seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to help us expand our digital footprint and oversee our social communications efforts, along with leading outreach for webinars and newsletters. You will develop and implement content strategies tailored to various social media platforms, manage outreach for webinars, and contribute to our newsletter campaigns. This role aims to increase brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive growth year over year. Objectives of this Role: Increase engagement with existing audiences through high-quality social media initiatives. Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output. Align our brand with new and emerging trends across social media, webinars, and newsletters. Improve ROI through consistent and on-target messaging across all platforms. Identify new channels for the brand that align with our marketing direction. Drive successful webinar campaigns and content distribution. Manage and execute newsletter and nurturing campaigns to engage and nurture our audience. Leverage social media and email marketing tools to gather insights for continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: Use social media tools to create and release content across social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns. Oversee the execution of webinars, including outreach, promotion, and post-event follow-up. Manage and execute email newsletter campaigns, including content creation and distribution. Become an extension of the company's brand, connecting with existing customers and acquiring new ones. Analyse the company's social media and webinar strategies, suggesting improvements and optimizing engagement. Stay up-to-date with new and emerging trends to keep the brand's online presence relevant and fresh. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, webinar campaigns, email nurture campaigns, and newsletters, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize impact. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in managing social media and digital marketing initiatives. Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and their best practices. Experience with email marketing tools and managing newsletter campaigns. Experience with webinar outreach strategies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable using social media and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for driving digital engagement. Experience in the tech sector, especially service-based businesses. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Demonstrated success in growing brand presence on social platforms. Strong familiarity with project management software and email clients. Experience in crafting effective webinar outreach strategies. Previous involvement in managing content for newsletters.
