Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Manager to lead our hotel’s sales efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize room revenue, group bookings, and event sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients to ensure repeat and new business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales calls, site visits, and networking. Coordinate closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of group and event business. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, online listings, and promotional campaigns, to increase hotel exposure. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking functions, and community events. Assist with creating and managing the annual sales and marketing budget. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or related hospitality roles. Proven track record in achieving revenue and sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
