We’re looking for a bold, trend-savvy
Art Director
to lead the creative vision for one of the fastest-growing names in beauty. You’ll be at the intersection of
design, culture, and virality
— shaping visuals and campaigns that spark conversation, drive buzz, and make people stop scrolling.
In this role, you’ll own the brand’s look and feel across digital, social, and product launches — from TikTok-first campaigns to packaging design and creative collaborations. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to craft visuals that are fresh, iconic, and instantly recognizable.
What You’ll Do:
Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
Concept and direct
social-first campaigns, photo/video shoots, and product launches.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and influencer teams to turn ideas into viral moments.
Experiment with new formats, motion, and trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes beauty and internet culture, blending creative intuition with sharp design skills to shape what’s next.
