Senior Associate, Change Management – Clients and Markets KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Change Management to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities
Implement established change strategies by creating and tailoring communication materials that effectively convey the benefits of KPMG's value‑driven pricing methods; craft and adapt compelling key messages into various formats, including emails, video scripts and user guides, to support the rollout of new pricing tools and methods.
Employ a range of platforms, like KPMG Today, Viva Engage, newsletters and podcasts, to deliver strategic messaging and promote the capabilities and benefits of the pricing transformation; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing hyper‑care to practitioners during the rollout of new tools, facilitating smooth transitions and addressing concerns effectively.
Collaborate with offshore resources to develop and maintain the PCE team's microsite pages, ensuring content is current, relevant and supports the pricing transformation journey; work effectively with stakeholders across the PCE team and functions, fostering collaboration and alignment in support of strategic pricing initiatives.
Collaborate with team to prepare presentations and reports for leadership, demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint to deliver clear and impactful updates under tight deadlines.
Demonstrate a willingness to lean in and support the team on essential tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and analyze communication and engagement metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in the firm's pricing transformation initiatives.
Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in communications and change management, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills tailored to diverse audiences and communication platforms.
Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail; experience with change management principles and supporting cultural and behavior shifts is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating initiative and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in communication technology tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe Suite, video editing tools), with strong PowerPoint skills; experience with technology adoption and user support is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
