Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Stoughton, WI, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing and developing customer relationships through exceptional customer service and communication, identifying and generating sales opportunities, conducting training for products or solutions, and contributing to sales strategies. The candidate will also participate in the development and execution of sales management initiatives and collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills for effectively engaging with clients and addressing their needs
Proven experience in sales, including identifying opportunities and facilitating successful client relationships
Proficiency in offering training to educate clients on products and solutions
Experience in sales management to develop and execute strategies that drive growth
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Adaptability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of 3D printing or manufacturing industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
