Role Description Wellzesta is seeking a
Marketing Manager
with a strong emphasis on
field marketing . The ideal candidate blends
strategic thinking
with
hands-on execution , thrives in this environment, and is excited to generate measurable growth in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
The role requires cross‑functional collaboration. The successful candidate will partner with
Product
on positioning and messaging (acting as Product Marketing Manager); partner with
Customer Success
to strengthen client communications and advocacy; support
Sales
with enablement materials and insights into market trends and buyer behavior.
For a high performer, this role has a clear growth path to
Marketing Director
with a compensation package that involves stock options.
The successful candidate will have a personal presence that is compatible with Wellzesta’s consultative sales process, with behavior characterized as measured, dignified, and deliberate.
Key Responsibilities Field Marketing (50%)
Plan and execute Wellzesta’s presence at industry conferences and events.
Collaborate with channel partners to host co‑branded events and client showcases.
Attend new client onboarding go‑lives; build relationships with C‑suite leaders, capture testimonials, photos, and videos to fuel advocacy marketing.
Contribute to the development and execution of Wellzesta’s GTM plan.
Conduct market research to refine positioning and messaging.
Co‑create and operationalize our Advocate‑Based Marketing Playbook.
Brand Marketing (20%)
Author and publish email campaigns, newsletters, and eBlasts to promote Wellzesta’s brand promise. Example: Rose Villa Partners with Wellzesta
Author and publish social media posts that share our “good news.” Examples on Wellzesta LinkedIn
Maintain the marketing campaign backlog and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Data & Analytics (15%)
Manage marketing data hygiene and segmentation within HubSpot.
Measure campaign effectiveness and report on key metrics, including SQL generation.
Key Performance Indicators Primary KPI: Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
5+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, where the B2B sale involves selling to a "committee."
Minimum 2 years in
field marketing .
Strong proficiency with
HubSpot .
Proven track record of driving SQL growth.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must reside in the
Greenville, SC
area and be
available for travel
to conferences and client events.
Preferred:
Proficiency in using Canva to design marketing collaterals.
Experience marketing SaaS or technology solutions to senior living or healthcare sectors.
Comfort operating in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated success collaborating cross‑functionally across product, sales, and customer success.
Recipient of nationally‑recognized athletic and/or academic achievement.
Compensation OTE Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 (Base Salary + Commissions)
Commissions: Uncapped; based on SQLs generated.
Probationary period: initial 3 months
