Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Location:

Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Position Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all aspects of brand marketing, digital engagement, and customer experience strategy. The CMO will lead a national marketing organization responsible for brand positioning, creative direction, media strategy, sponsorships, and innovation across all channels—including digital, social, experiential, and in-store. This individual will drive the next chapter of the brand’s growth through data-driven marketing, impactful storytelling, and modern consumer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and execution of the brand’s national marketing and communications plan.

Oversee integrated marketing efforts across advertising, digital, social, PR, influencer, and field marketing teams.

Partner closely with operations, product development, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Build and manage a high-performing marketing organization that combines creativity with analytical rigor.

Direct digital transformation initiatives, including mobile app engagement, loyalty programs, and CRM optimization.

Develop consumer insights and analytics capabilities to drive brand relevance and customer retention.

Manage national sponsorships, partnerships, and community marketing activations.

Oversee the marketing budget, media spend, and performance metrics to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.

Serve as the brand’s external ambassador at key industry, media, and partnership events.

Qualifications & Experience:

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within the QSR, restaurant, retail, or consumer brand sectors.

Proven success leading large-scale, national brand campaigns with measurable growth outcomes.

Strong digital and social media marketing background, including CRM and loyalty platforms.

Demonstrated experience in managing creative agencies, media partners, and sponsorship activations.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
