Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Elevation : Lead the transformation of the company’s brand from a semi‑regional entity to a nationally recognized leader, ensuring all marketing efforts support and advance the overarching strategic plan.

Performance Metrics Delivery : Develop and deliver key performance indicators for all business units, providing actionable insights to inform decision‑making and enhance operational excellence.

Branding and Communications Optimization : Strengthen brand recognition, establish thought leadership, and improve communications through targeted campaigns, effective content strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

Capacity and Metric Tracking : Create robust systems for capacity planning and metric tracking for all marketing roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource efficiency.

Tools and Technology Enhancement : Enhance marketing tools and technologies, focusing on integrating AI, workflow management systems, research tools, and digital platforms to streamline processes and boost productivity.

Multi‑Generational Targeting : Develop and execute strategies that engage multi‑generational audiences, ensuring marketing efforts effectively reach and convert diverse demographic groups.

Client and Prospect Database Management : Build and maintain an exemplary database of clients and prospects, using data analytics to segment, nurture, and expand our network.

New Market Expansion : Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new markets, including conducting research, developing strategies, and overseeing launches to ensure successful market entry and sustained growth.

Competitive Benchmarking : Perform ongoing competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities, threats, and best practices, enabling strategic adjustments and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Budget Development and Optimization : Develop and manage marketing budgets, prioritizing ROI optimization and the effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

Organizational Optimization and Design : Design and optimize the marketing organization’s structure, processes, and workflows to support scalability and agility.

Staffing, Training, and Performance Management : Oversee staffing requirements, implement comprehensive training programs, and establish performance management systems to develop a high‑caliber team.

Resource Mix Optimization : Optimize the balance of internal and external resources across business units and markets to ensure cost‑effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Public Relations and Announcements : Manage public relations, including media relations, crisis communications, and key announcements to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.

10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the commercial real estate industry.

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross‑functional teams.

Proven expertise in strategic planning, execution, and delivering outstanding customer service in dynamic environments.
