Instructional Designer
MarketSource is currently seeking an Instructional Designer. This position works directly with our retail content development group to write, design, develop, and implement training to assist program teams with the execution of client deliverables.

dsCollaborate with subject matter experts and clients to design and develop learning solutio
nsDesign curriculum for web-delivered solutions, including e-learning courses and webina
rsDesign curriculum for instructor-led learning solutions, including course outlines, measurement tools, facilitator guides, participant guides, and PowerPoint dec
ksDesign solutions for use with mobile technologies, such as smartphones and table
tsDevelop training roadmaps for overall curriculum structu
reSet up continual measurement tools to demonstrate effectiveness of training and identify needed improvemen
tsManage course development and implementation from start to fini
shUtilize social networks, multimedia technology, and e-learning platforms to train remote employees and deliver train-the-trainer materia
lsDevelop entry-level and advanced courses for both internal and external audienc
esExpected to collaborate with all members of Learning and Development team, including trainers, video media specialists, technical writers, and other instructional designe
