Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing business data and providing best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes, leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge, and lead talent development – recruiting, training, engagement and growth. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and, following a promote‑from‑within philosophy, have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
