Associate Brand Manager – HCP Marketing
Location: Miami
Position Summary The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of brand strategies across multiple HCP-facing and alternative channel initiatives. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales operations, supply chain, finance, Cetaphil consumer team, and field sales teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs, budget control, and tactical support for dermatology-focused channels including Direct Dispensing and Independent Retail Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Management & Tracking
Own day-to-day tracking of brand budgets and expenditures
Partner with finance to ensure accuracy of accruals and forecasts
Support purchase order and invoice management processes
Sample Management
Coordinate sample forecasts, inventory tracking, and fulfillment with supply chain, fulfilment vendor, and sales teams
Monitor field utilization and optimize sample allocation based on business needs
Program Effectiveness & Reporting
Evaluate performance of marketing tactics through ROI analysis and KPI tracking
Prepare monthly internal reports and gather external and field insights to inform strategy
Summarize data to identify trends and recommend enhancements
Digital Asset Management
Manage content updates and approvals for HCP digital platforms and brand websites
Ensure timely deployment of digital materials across internal and external channels
Support content localization and adaptation for various stakeholders
Channel Support: Direct Dispensing & Independent Pharmacies
Assist in developing and executing marketing tactics to support non-traditional dermatology channels
Track performance and engagement across dispensing offices and pharmacy partners
Coordinate field tools, training materials, and promotional content for these segments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Veeva)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HCP marketing, dermatology, or OTC/Direct Dispense models
Experience with budget tracking systems or marketing operations platforms
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments and field collaboration
