Position Summary
The College of Nursing (CON) at the UNM Health Sciences Center is seeking a talented multimedia visual content creator to create high quality, engaging content. We are a proud organization whose focus is to support the mission and vision of the College as we strive for successful student advancement, health equity improvement across New Mexico, and community engagement. This role is hands‑on from conception and shooting to editing and delivering videos and photos that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversations. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail‑oriented visual storyteller who understands what works on social platforms, stays ahead of trends, and can adapt content to a variety of audiences.
The selected applicant must maintain a primary residence in the Albuquerque area (including surrounding communities such as Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, Edgewood, and Santa Fe) and be able to reliably commute to the College of Nursing in Albuquerque.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in photography and videography
Some graphic design experience
Experience leading a project from concept to execution while managing multiple and competing deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar editing software
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Additional Requirements Campus: Health Sciences Center (HSC) – Albuquerque, NM

Status: Exempt
Pay: Monthly $3,844.53 – $5,399.33
