Technical Project Designer

Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 annually
We are currently seeking an individual with 3‑10 years of full‑time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles as a Technical Project Designer – assisting in the development of project documentation across design phases.

Requirements & Qualifications
Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 3–10 years experience in an architectural office.
Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work toward design‑forward solutions.
Has experience crafting and developing high‑level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Revit is a plus.
Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models; experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
Experience with coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus.
