Role Description
This is a remote role for an Architect & Interior Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for working on architectural and interior design projects, managing project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the design and construction process. Day-to-day activities include creating architectural and interior design concepts, integrating innovative solutions, managing project workflows, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. The Architect & Interior Designer will also ensure cohesion between client needs, design goals, and construction execution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional solutions
Experience in Project Management, with skills in coordinating timelines, teams, and client requirements
Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as related to design and planning tools
Strong creative problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on bringing projects to successful completion
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders and adapt to client needs
Licensure as an architect and proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with hospitality and residential sector projects is a plus
