University Marketing Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution: Contribute to university marketing campaigns by actively participating in ad development, content creation, and establishing strategic partnerships. Conduct market research to identify consumer requirements, habits, and trends, providing valuable insights for creative marketing initiatives. Creative Ideation and Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the team to contribute to outbound and inbound marketing activities, showcasing expertise in content development, optimization, advertising, and event planning. Project Management: Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and impactful initiatives. Conduct intake sessions with potential clients, completing project intake forms and creative briefs. Follow up with clients regarding job specifics and production timelines. Project Tracking and Analysis: Coordinate the tracking of all current marketing projects. Complete necessary project tracking forms and maintain an accurate list of ongoing projects in the department's tracking system, ensuring efficient project management. Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic. Utilize insights to shape future marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness. Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.) Preferred Qualifications
Possess one year of professional marketing expertise. Demonstrate proficiency in marketing campaign development. Exhibit strong attention to deadlines and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Showcase a track record of success in collaborating with all levels of management. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Display strong presentation skills. Contact Info
