We’re seeking a
Senior Art Director
who combines strategic design thinking with digital fluency and a passion for wellness-focused brands. You’re someone who brings ideas to life with purpose, grounding every visual decision in strategy while pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling. You’re equally comfortable executing pixel-perfect digital campaigns as you are shaping a cohesive visual identity. You love brand systems, digital experiences, and UX/UI exploration, and you thrive on creating fresh, unexpected concepts that stand out across platforms.
What You’ll Do
Shape and evolve
the visual identity and brand system for a multi-channel wellness company spanning education, media, and consumer products.
Lead and direct
all creative and aesthetic decisions with a strong strategic foundation.
Oversee 360° design output , including digital campaigns, packaging, web visuals, RFP creative for partnerships, photo shoots, motion design, and product launches.
Develop and brief original campaign concepts
based on data and consumer insights to drive measurable performance.
Guide and mentor
a team of designers and collaborate with external creative partners to elevate conceptual thinking and design quality.
Integrate AI tools
into design workflows to improve productivity and ideation while maintaining creative excellence.
What We’re Looking For
A
conceptually strong creative
with energy, positivity, and low ego — someone who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
The instinct to start from
strategic insight
and find unexpected creative paths that deliver results.
5–10 years of experience
in visual design or art direction, ideally including agency and in-house brand experience.
A
diverse portfolio
showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design (including social ad campaigns and website visuals).
Background in
direct-to-consumer (DTC)
and/or
media-driven
businesses is highly desirable.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva , and comfort experimenting with
AI design tools
(e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar).
A passion for
creative strategy
— understanding that great design stems from insights, research, and clear objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in design, advertising, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, digital execution, and storytelling across mediums.
