To strengthen our Marketing team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will play a key role in building marketing strategy in the DACH region and contributing to our business growth. Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy tailored to the DACH market, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and standards Plan, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive new business leads Manage and expand our online presence (website, social media, SEO/SEA, content marketing) to position our SAP expertise internationally Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, webinars, event materials) suited for a multicultural audience Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Consulting to optimize lead generation and conversion rates Monitor key marketing KPIs, handle budgeting, and report regularly to senior management Organize and manage regional and global events, including trade fairs, partner conferences, and customer workshops Foster relationships with SAP Marketing teams and partner agencies to ensure joint initiatives and co-branding Detect trends, analyze competitors internationally, and recommend innovative strategies University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT, software, or SAP consulting Proven track record in demand generation, lead funnel management, and performance-driven digital marketing Strategic thinker with strong hands‑on skills and adaptability to international contexts Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP CRM), and digital advertising. Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1) ; other languages are a plus Structured, proactive approach and intercultural competence
