The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and serve as the team's subject matter expert for SFMC solutioning.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to join our Email Execution Team. This role will lead complex email marketing campaigns, provide strategic guidance, and ensure flawless execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and serve as the team's subject matter expert for SFMC solutioning.
What You'll Do
- Lead Email Campaign Execution:
- Manage end-to-end email campaign lifecycle, from intake to delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs and timelines.
- Oversee proofing processes and quality assurance for all campaigns.
- Consulting & Strategy:
- Partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand goals and develop effective email strategies.
- Provide guidance on advanced SFMC capabilities, including dynamic content and analytics.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate 7-10 concurrent projects at various workflow stages.
- Proactively monitor campaigns within Salesforce and resolve issues before escalation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Review and optimize campaigns in SFMC, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
- Write and troubleshoot basic SQL queries for automation.
- Work within HTML templates for email customization.
- Team Leadership:
- Serve as the lead consultant on the team, mentoring junior and senior consultants.
- Act as the go-to resource for SFMC solutioning and problem-solving.
- Experience:
- 7+ years in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields (including E-business and Digital Platforms).
- 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proven ability to manage email campaigns and consult with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills:
- SFMC solutioning (HTML, SQL, automation, journey builder, dynamic content).
- Basic HTML and SQL knowledge for campaign customization and automation.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong consulting skills to build trust and deliver strategic solutions.
- Effective project management across multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
- Experience with proactive monitoring and troubleshooting in SFMC.
- 1-2 years in strategy execution and advanced project management.
