Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center's brand presence, engage patients, and drive growth. This role will collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling content, manage digital platforms, and track marketing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Maintain and update the organization's website and social media platforms. Coordinate with vendors, graphic designers, and other external partners for marketing projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support internal communications and promotional initiatives for patient engagement and community outreach.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other marketing-related activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and marketing best practices to support innovative strategies.
- Have availability to work evenings and weekends on occasion for special events.
