Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Job Overview Window Nation is seeking an experienced and driven

Email Marketing Manager

with a minimum of 5 years’ experience who has a passion for data-driven marketing strategies and possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing channels. This position will report directly to the SVP of Marketing and play a critical part in Window Nation’s lead generation growth and consumer engagement, focusing on email marketing, SMS campaigns, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.

Core Role Responsibilities Email Marketing

Manage end-to-end email marketing process, collaborating with developers and graphic artists on email design/development, list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deployment, and post-mortem performance analysis.

Develop and execute effective email campaigns to nurture leads and engage target audience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and event invitations.

Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize performance.

SMS Marketing

Strategize and implement effective SMS campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Craft concise, persuasive content that complies with regulations and conveys the brand.

Utilize SMS platforms and CRM tools to segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and track key metrics.

Analyze performance and make data-driven optimizations.

Marketing Automation

Develop and implement automation using industry-leading tools (e.g., Hatch, HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Pardot).

Design and build automated transactional workflows to maintain satisfaction at various customer journey stages.

Monitor and optimize, identify improvements, and implement changes to maximize conversion and engagement.

Lead Nurturing

Implement nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the funnel and increase conversions using scoring, segmentation, and personalized messaging.

Collaborate with sales/marketing to define qualification criteria and effective workflows.

Analyze behavior and engagement data to refine scoring models and deliver targeted content.

Regularly report performance and provide post-mortem analyses highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, specifically email, SMS, automation, and lead nurturing.

At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Proficiency with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Hatch, Mailchimp, Twilio).

Strong understanding of best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis.

Experience with automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Dynamics) and building complex workflows.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills a plus.

Solid analytical and communication skills to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize.

Uphold standards for compliance with CAN SPAM and TCPA.

Self‑motivated, proactive, able to prioritize multiple projects.

Understanding of email metrics such as Sender Score and deliverability.
