Seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Intermediate Designer with 5+ years in high-end residential design, ideally with a focus on kitchen design. Must excel in AutoCAD, including construction sets, millwork, kitchen/bath design, and detailed plans. You'll engage in all phases of luxury kitchen, bath, and full-home renovations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
Job Requirements
Lead creative design and execution for luxury residential kitchens and full-home remodels alongside the principal.
Expertly manage projects from concept to installation, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical design aspects (cabinetry, millwork, construction sets).
Design, source, and present interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, hardware, lighting, and fabrics.
Oversee client and vendor communications and collaborate with contractors, architects, structural engineers, vendors, and custom fabricators.
Track orders, manage schedules, and ensure on-time project completion with detailed coordination.
Solve complex design challenges with precision and attention to detail, meeting deadlines through effective time management.
