Base Pay Range $61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
Responsibilities You will be a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, providing leadership and support to the Built Environment team. Your duties include:
Developing design concepts, creating models from scratch, and coordinating designs with clients, construction trade partners, and other disciplines.
Conveying structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
Providing project leadership for a small team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field.
At least 1 year of Revit experience.
At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of Revit experience.
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures.
Experience leading a team of designers.
Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings.
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
