Role Description We’re hiring a Marketing Director to lead the next chapter of an established luxury brand. You’ll elevate positioning, sharpen every touchpoint, and scale what already works—expanding reach, deepening affinity with collectors, and supporting growth across current and future properties. This role is on-site in Doral, FL and reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy:
Own brand narrative, positioning, and annual/quarterly marketing plans; establish standards across all touchpoints.
Events & Experiential:
Lead a high-touch events calendar (member previews, unveilings, track days, art/wine salons); full production from concept to ROI.
PR & Communications:
Craft story angles; manage luxury/auto/real-estate/UHNW media; secure coverage; develop press kits, bios, and talking points.
Social Media & Content:
Set strategy and cadence for Instagram, LinkedIn, and video/short-form; oversee content pipeline and community/VIP management.
Digital & Growth:
Oversee site messaging, conversion paths, paid search/social, email/SMS; implement performance reporting tied to qualified tours and occupancy.
Partnerships:
Source and negotiate luxury/automotive/private club/art & wine/wealth partners; co-create activations that drive qualified visits.
Leadership & Ops:
Manage vendors/freelancers (and future team); own budget; implement lightweight systems/dashboards for pipeline, events, PR, and channel performance.
We need
hands‑on leader
who scales strong foundations with structure, taste, and precision.
Equally
brand-savvy and data-aware , comfortable presenting to executives and partners.
At ease with HNW/UHNW clientele —intuitive about privacy, service, aesthetics, and time.
Qualifications
6+ years in brand/marketing/growth (ideally luxury, hospitality, automotive, real estate, private clubs, or lifestyle).
Proven end‑to‑end events leadership for premium/HNW audiences.
Strong PR/media track record: pitching and landing coverage, managing press moments.
Deep social ownership (calendars, production oversight, community, analytics).
Experience across brand strategy, content, digital (paid/SEO/website), partnerships, and events.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken) — required.
On‑site daily in Doral, FL; comfortable working directly with the CEO.
Nice to have
Network in luxury/automotive/UHNW circles; property launch or membership/community experience.
Experience with Zoho (CRM/Campaigns/Analytics/Social).
Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics, and creative tools.
Base: $100,000
Bonus: 15% target, tied to occupancy, qualified tours/leads, events, and PR outcomes
Health & Dental: 100% employer-paid employee premiums
PTO: 3 weeks per year, plus standard company holidays
