Mission Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life. Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.

Who We Are We believe collaboration thrives in person. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real‑time problem‑solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.

Job Description We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to craft visual assets and create eye‑catching marketing creatives for our fast‑moving marketing team. Your skills will have an immediate impact on our brand narrative and go‑to‑market execution on a global scale. You will take full ownership of assigned design projects, leading them from initial concept ideation through final delivery and publishing.

You’ll be a trusted advisor in all stages of the design process, ensuring the highest quality and most engaging output. Projects vary in size and scope, with plenty of room to make an impact as a creative force in the marketing organization.

Your Impact

Design and execute a wide range of creative assets for and print, including social media graphics, website visuals (banners, icons), email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral (brochures, packaging).

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling visual designs.

Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all internal and external communications, ensuring all visuals adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards.

Conceptualize and develop creative solutions, participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Stay current with design trends, software, and technologies (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and actively recommend improvements to the design process and visual output.

Pioneer new technologies by identifying, piloting, and implementing generative AI and other tools to streamline the post‑production process, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an agency or in‑house design team.

Familiarity with prompt engineering and refining outputs from AI platforms such as Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or Runway to produce high‑quality, on‑brand visual assets.

Experience integrating AI‑generated elements into final designs and managing the ethical and legal considerations of using AI for commercial projects.

Strong understanding of digital design constraints (web/social optimization, file sizing, screen resolution) and print production processes (CMYK, color separation, pre‑press, bleed, trim).

Demonstrated mastery of fundamental design principles including typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition through a robust professional portfolio.

A solid grasp of branding and ability to develop and rigorously maintain a consistent visual identity across diverse platforms and creative projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to articulate design rationale, receive constructive feedback, and effectively collaborate with non‑design stakeholders.

Willingness to travel as needed to support conferences and corporate events.

Must be located in the Santa Clara area to be onsite at headquarters.

Compensation Disclosure Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary plus commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $117,000 – $189,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
